Return Policy

MIMATI gladly accepts returns on all unworn merchandise for a refund or store credit within 15 days of the delivery date.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount if a return label is provided. For international orders, custom duties paid are non-refundable. 

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

• Gift cards

• Gift boxes

• Sale items marked as final sale

All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached. Please take care to avoid makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume, or other stains when trying on garments, as any of these may lead to your return being refused.

MIMATI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether returned merchandise is in a resalable condition. Items that are deemed unsalable or that are not Mimati products will be discarded and will not be returned to the sender.

 

How To Start A Return

To start a return, email us at hello@shopmimati.com with your order number. 

We’ll provide you with a return label. Once we receive your return, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
